Our apartment at Baxter 5 directly contributed to the success of our business venture in Los Angeles. The convenient location, wonderful kitchen and generous living area meant that our team could develop strong bonds with our clients in an informal and unpressured setting.

We enjoyed our time in our apartment immensely. The herb garden, private patio & late afternoon barbeques created a sense of home we tried to recreate here, after we left.

The Baxter 5 apartment made the living arrangements the only part of our LA project that I DIDN'T have to worry about. Friendly neighbors, flexible and responsive staffing made my stay there extremely pleasant. Should I have to return to LA again this is where I would stay.

1549 Baxter is a very well managed and welcoming home from home in LA. Michelle and Kathleen do a great job maintaining the place and dealing with everyday concerns. Above all, I love the location. Up in the canyon above Echo Park, it is one of LA's greatest hidden locations: beautiful walks, nice neighbors, great little cafes and shops, and close to Hollywood and Downtown.

Definitely missing LA, and Echo Park in particular - thanks for a great stay.
